A TF 1100 is performing work along the Cheia River in Romania.
Our dealer SC Ircat has sold a Simex TF 1100 cutter head to contracting company Chimpronet of Valcea for work to profile the slopes along the road parallel to the Cheia River, where jutting rocks can complicate circulation.

Coupled to a Doosan DX 225 excavator, the Simex TF 1100 cutter head is also profiling the river banks, which will be laid with gabions to make them secure. These works are designed to improve accessibility to a tourist area known for its thermal springs and number of monasteries.
