A
CBE 20 crusher bucket has been employed in the North of Taiwan for the
volumetric reduction of big blocks of reinforced concrete deriving from previous demolition.
All the waste material needed to be reduced for two main reasons:
part of the crushed material had to be transported in a disposal plant and another
part had to be reused directly on site, as a construction aggregate. In both cases, Simex crusher bucket played a decisive role facilitating the transportation of bulky materials and reducing the costs for the purchase of new raw materials.
The exceptional cutting force allowed the concrete to be easily crushed thanks to the rotor with teeth activated by the high-displacement radial piston motors in direct-drive. After a series of tests, the end client was totally satisfied with the result and the productivity of the CBE crusher bucket that decided to purchase the attachment.
